The company is composed of two associates: Pietro and Ernesta Aru (brother and sister) who are aware of how important is selling and buying real property in everybody life. Thanks to this, their job is not limited to get the contracting parts in touch; they try, trough seriousness, cordiality, experience and professionalism to make the customer feel at ease, studying the best solutions to business conclusion, finding the appropriate financing with banking mortgage and/or Regional facilitations, following negotiation till the notarial deed drawing up. It's everybody conviction that it's easy face problems tied to buying and selling real property; on the contrary, reality is different and, actually, difficulties people meet, are quite a lot: out market prices, risk to meet untrustworthy people, obstacles in public offices such as Land office, Register office, Real Property Register office, banks and so on.
